Patient Guidelines
Patient guidelines have been developed for better patient care . Patients should adhere to these rules :
- For infection control reasons, we can only keep one attendant at a time per patient, except during a visit.
- Please switch off your phones and other wireless devices in hospital intensive care zones, such as ICCU / ICU / NICU / PICU and AMC, as they may interfere with patient monitoring systems. However, they can be switched on in waiting areas.
- The entire hospital campus is a “no smoking zone”; Please do not smoke inside the hospital campus.
- It is forbidden to take alcohol or any other drugs in the hospital.
- Please do not bring expensive items to the hospital. Leda who loses them is more likely to be stolen.
- Please do not use candles, incense, incense, lighters, matches, etc. in the hospital as well as potential hazard and our sensitive smoke detection system.
Visitor Guides
Visiting hours and rules have been developed to ensure that patient care is not disrupted. Patient visitors must adhere to these regulations.
Visiting hours :
For patient rooms, visitors are required to collect passes from the patient / attendant / IPD counter. Ward visit hours:

- Please do not bring children under 12 years of age. This is a precautionary measure as children are more likely to become infected.
- Visitors should park their vehicles only in visitor parking areas.
- Visitors must leave the hospital during a disaster or fire alarm. However, patients are the responsibility of the hospital for which an evacuation plan is in place.
- Visitors should avoid sitting or lying on the floors of patient rooms.
- Visitors are not allowed in areas where there are no patients, such as utility rooms, nurses’ stations and kitchens. Visitors can use the restaurant and family lounges.
- Visitors are not allowed to give any medical treatment (s) to the patient.
- Visitors should not consume alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs while in the omni.
- The nursing staff can limit the number of visitors if the patient’s condition in the room requires it.
